Angels placed LHP Drew Pomeranz on the 15-day injured list with elbow inflammation.

Pomeranz pitched on Tuesday and allowed one run (unearned) on one hit while also walking one. Something must not have felt right during or after the appearance because he's now going on the injured list. We'll wait to hear more about his possible timeline for return.
