Jackson Chourio went 2-for-5 with a double and two runs scored in Friday's win over the Twins.

Chourio doubled off of Joe Ryan on the first pitch of the game and came around to score two batters later thanks to a William Contreras single. He would later score in the eighth inning and again came in to score via a fielder's choice by Contreras, to tie the game at 2-2. Chourio also struck out three times in this one, but both of his hits and runs proved vital in the 3-2 victory. Chourio is still waiting for his first homer of 2026, but he's slashing a solid .300/.349/.400 since returning from injury.
