JJ Goss (note: appears to be Jasson Dominguez based on provided sources) suffered a left AC joint shoulder sprain after crashing into the left field wall at Yankee Stadium while making a catch on May 7, 2026. The outfielder was carted off the field and underwent MRI imaging. Concussion protocol tests came back negative. Expected to miss several weeks. Subsequently received PRP injection to accelerate healing. This is a significant injury that will impact the Yankees' outfield depth.
