Anthony Hall, 25-year-old outfielder and former fourth-round draft pick out of the University of Oregon, was released by the New York Yankees in August 2025 after four seasons in their minor league system. He signed with the Sioux Falls Canaries of the independent American Association in May 2026. In his final season with the Yankees (2025), Hall appeared in 48 games with Hudson Valley Renegades, posting a .222/.300/.306 slash line with only 9 extra-base hits and 50 strikeouts in 144 at-bats.
