Yaramil Hiraldo (right-handed pitcher for the Baltimore Orioles) was placed on the injured list on April 5, 2026 due to right shoulder inflammation. He received a second opinion from Dr. Neal ElAttrache on April 20 and received a favorable prognosis. As of May 11, 2026, Hiraldo has resumed a throwing program and is expected to be eligible for return in early June. He was transferred to the 60-day IL and will be built up slowly during his rehabilitation.
