Eli White (Atlanta Braves outfielder) suffered a concussion on May 10, 2026, after crashing face-first into the padded outfield wall at Dodger Stadium while making a spectacular catch to rob Max Muncy of an extra-base hit with the bases loaded in the sixth inning. The Braves placed him on the 7-day concussion injured list on May 11. His timetable for return is uncertain, as is typical with concussion injuries, but he will be out for at least one week. Mauricio Dubon has been seeing increased playing time in the outfield during White's absence. White demonstrated excellent defensive instincts and effort on the play that caused the injury.
