Brandon Lockridge, Milwaukee Brewers outfielder, suffered a major laceration and contusion to his right knee on May 8, 2026, after crashing into the outfield wall while attempting to catch a fly ball. He was carted off the field and placed on the 10-day injured list. X-rays came back clean with no fractures. Lockridge required approximately 10 stitches for the laceration and is currently on crutches with a knee brace. He expects the laceration to heal in 7-10 days and may return before the end of May pending MRI results and continued recovery.
