Addison Barger, 26-year-old Toronto Blue Jays outfielder, was placed on the 10-day injured list on May 10, 2026 with right elbow inflammation. This came just one day after his return from a 33-day absence due to a right ankle sprain. Barger made an immediate impact upon his return, throwing a 101.2 mph strike from right field to cut down a runner at the plate on May 9. However, he woke up the following day with limited range of motion in his right elbow and was scratched from Sunday's lineup.
