Summary
Juan Soto fouled a ball off his right foot/ankle in the third inning on May 13, 2026 against the Tigers but remained in the game initially. He was removed in the seventh inning due to discomfort. X-rays came back negative and he was ruled day-to-day. Soto returned to the lineup the next day (May 14) and homered in a 9-4 win over Detroit.
