Summary
Quinn Priester, a 25-year-old right-handed pitcher for the Milwaukee Brewers, has suffered multiple setbacks in his recovery from neurogenic thoracic outlet syndrome (TOS) affecting his right arm. Originally placed on the injured list before the 2026 season with a nerve issue causing intermittent pain, Priester was assigned to a rehab program in Triple-A Nashville starting April 22. However, his rehab has been problematic: in three rehab starts (April 22 - May 1), he posted a 16.20 ERA, allowed 9 earned runs in 5 innings, struggled with command (37 strikes on 62 pitches in his final start), and showed diminished velocity.
