Wei-Chieh Huang (also known as Wei-En Lin) is a 20-year-old Taiwanese left-handed pitcher in the Oakland Athletics' organization. He was recently named to Baseball America's Top 100 Prospects list at No. 93, becoming the first Taiwanese player in 18 years to achieve this honor. In his 2026 Double-A season with the Midland RockHounds, Lin has posted an impressive 1.61 ERA over 28 innings across six starts with a 28.9% strikeout rate and 7.9% walk rate. He was named Texas League Pitcher of the Week after throwing seven scoreless innings. Lin signed with the Athletics in June 2024 and has shown rapid progression through the minor league system. He possesses four plus pitches (fastball 55, curveball 55, slider 50, changeup 55) with advanced control rated at 60. His fastball exceeds 150 km/h (93+ mph).
