Summary
Cade Povich, left-handed pitcher for the Baltimore Orioles, was placed on the 15-day injured list on May 8, 2026, due to left elbow inflammation. Povich suffered the injury during a game against the Miami Marlins, experiencing triceps/lateral elbow tightness that forced his removal after three innings. An MRI was conducted to assess the injury, with the discomfort localized to the outside of his left elbow in the triceps area. He may receive a cortisone shot to aid recovery.
